MICHAEL J. WATTON
Mr. Watton is a leading consumer bankruptcy attorney in St. Louis. He has guided thousands of individuals through debt consolidation plans and bankruptcies. More recently, he has represented individuals and successfully sued payday lenders, mortgage servicers and other financial companies for improper practices nationally. He heads the firmís consumer and class action litigation department. Mr. Watton has been a frequent lecturer on Bankruptcy Law topics. Mr. Watton holds a law degree (J.D., 1990) from The Duke University School of Law and a business degree (B.S.B.A. in Finance, 1987) from The University of Florida. Mr. Watton is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Missouri, Wisconsin, New York, Colorado and Arizona. MICHAEL J. MALONEY
Mr. Maloney currently heads the firmís bankruptcy department in Missouri. In addition to bankruptcy, Mr. Maloney has successfully pursued payday lenders, debt collectors and banks in State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts for violations of consumer laws. Mr. Maloney received his law degree and undergraduate degree from Marquette University in 2004 and 2001 respectively. Mr. Maloney is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Missouri, Wisconsin and Colorado, as well as in the Federal Courts for Eastern District of Missouri, District of Colorado, Eastern District of Wisconsin, and Western District of Wisconsin.
CHRISTOPHER D. LEE
Mr. Lee is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on bankruptcy law. Mr. Lee worked for some of the largest bankruptcy and consumer firms in Saint Louis, and has experience suing debt collectors and advocating for clients' rights. Mr. Lee received his law degree from Saint Louis University in 2010 and his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University in 2006. During law school he was an editor on the Saint Louis University Law Journal, where he was selected for publication. Mr. Lee is authorized to practice in the State Courts of Misouri and Illinois as well as the Federal Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
Mr. Tidey is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on bankruptcy law. Mr. Tidey received his law degree from Marquette University in 2013 and his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2009. Mr. Tidey is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Wisconsin and Illinois, in the Federal District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois, and in the Federal District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
Mr. Groswald is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on bankruptcy and consumer law. Mr. Groswald received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College in 2009 and law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2013. Mr. Groswald is admitted to practice in the State Court of Missouri and is a member of the Federal District Court of Eastern Missouri.
