Very rude receptionist! She did not want to answer any questions I had. I asked was there a location that I could visit in person, and she hung up in my face while I was talking. I will never do business with you all. Very unprofessional!
**UPDATE** After speaking with Mr. Tim, he provided great service and a positive attitude. He helped me tremendously and was very respectful and considerate while assisting me. I will be moving forward with filing my claim with him at his office. I was also told that the rude receptionist was an outside entity that takes phone calls after hours. Therefore, the lady that was mentioned in my previous review does not represent this law firm.
