Very helpful if you follow their instructions, but they did send me the wrong docket time for my initial hearing with the bankruptcy judge, which I assume can only be rescheduled a limited amount of times. Also had a little trouble getting in contact with or timely answers to questions I had from my attorney near the official filing date. Had to deal with a lot of secretaries and paralegals. My only complaints would be not being able to get ahold of my attorney close to the official filing date (which requires statements with dates & balances of all of your accounts) and getting my initial hearing time wrong. Overall, they did get it done and gave me correct advice. So I am overall satisfied with their representation.
