Because every situation is different, he takes the big picture of bankruptcy law and narrows it down to meet each individual’s unique needs.
Attorney Ohrtmann is also extremely empathetic when it comes to helping people who are up against serious financial challenges. He recognizes how good people can find themselves in difficult situations, often as a result of factors outside of their control. Attorney Ohrtmann’s goal is to ease his clients’ stress and take the weight off their shoulders through education, innovation, and optimism. He firmly believes that every financial problem—no matter how large or complex—has a solution. He strives to find those solutions for his clients and help them regain financial control.
Attorney Ohrtmann was born and raised in a small town in Northwest Illinois. He moved to Milwaukee, WI to receive his undergraduate education at Marquette University, majoring in economics. Upon relocating, he discovered his love for the city and remained there to complete his legal studies at Marquette University Law School. Currently, he is admitted to practice in the state courts of Wisconsin, as well as the federal courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
